Rental Criteria

Each applicant over 18 years old is required to fill out an application. Falsification of an application is grounds for denial and, if discovered after move-in, is grounds for immediate eviction.
Upon receiving your application, we will obtain credit and financial information on you and will check civil and criminal records. JB Management may also confirm employment status with your current or former employer and may confirm rental payment history with prior landlord(s). A felony is ground for denial of any application.
We process applications on a first come, first serve, basis.

NOTE: These Rental Criteria apply to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, sexual preference, disability, marital status, family status or source of income.

Rental Policies that apply to all units

Home Occupancy may not exceed 2 persons per bedroom.
Our units are all non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted outside the home. Any unit found to be smoked in will be subject to an extra cleaning fee upon move out.
The presence of unauthorized occupants or unauthorized pets shall be grounds for eviction.
In-house business uses which include employees, deliveries, and/or clients visiting the home are not allowed unless permission is approved in writing.
